Overview

Fomco is a Romanian group founded in 2002, best known for tachograph, fleet, GPS and later solar and wood solutions. As the group expanded, they also launched Fomco Imobiliare to develop residential projects in Târgu Mureș — notably Green Residence and Parângului Smart Residence. We were asked to create a real-estate-grade visual identity that still feels like Fomco (solid, technical, reliable) but can be used on sales brochures, site signage and a public website aimed at home buyers.

Objectives

  • Separate the Fomco Imobiliare communication from the industrial/fleet divisions, while keeping the group connection.

  • Design a modern, clean sub-brand that works on billboards, site fencing, site office, car branding.

  • Prepare web-ready assets for project pages (Green Residence, Parângului Smart Residence) on apartamentemures.ro.

  • Deliver print templates (brochure, A4 offer, price list, project updates) the sales team can reuse as buildings progress.

Visual approach

We kept the Fomco discipline (grid, margins, typography tone) but softened it for residential use: more white space, larger photography, friendlier icon set for “2 rooms / 3 rooms / parking / green area”. Color accents follow the project colours (green for Green Residence, warm/orange for Parângului Smart Residence), so multiple developments can coexist under the same Fomco Imobiliare umbrella.

Deliverables

Brand style sheet – logo/sub-logo usage, spacing, color, typography, photography rules.
Digital & web assets – hero images, project cards, CTA blocks, social campaign visuals for launches and construction updates.
Print & physical – business cards, brochures/flyers, site/poster layouts, fence/billboard graphics, vehicle livery for site cars, plus simple promo items (flag, mug) for events and handovers.
Sales document kit – A4 offer and price-list templates matching the brand, so sales can send updates quickly.

Outcome

The result is a unified, premium real-estate look for Fomco inside the larger group: buyers see a clean, trustworthy developer brand; the group keeps visual consistency; and marketing can roll out new buildings (blocks I, J, future Green Residence phases) without starting design from zero.
